Access
The Site is intended for any person (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who wishes to submit an unsolicited application or access a specific job offer proposed by LONGCHAMP.
It is specified that the "your space" service is only accessible by login and password.
LONGCHAMP reserves the right to modify, improve and enrich the services offered on the Site at any time.
Commitments of LONGCHAMP

- Accessibility to the services of the Site

LONGCHAMP comite to employ all the means at its disposal in order to offer the best services to the User and to facilitate their access. In this respect, LONGCHAMP endeavors to maintain the Site accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

However, this access may be interrupted at the initiative of LONGCHAMP or the Site Host for maintenance or any other technical reason. In these specific cases of interruption, LONGCHAMP will endeavor to inform the User beforehand and to limit the duration of the interruption.

LONGCHAMP may not under any circumstances be held responsible in the event of direct or indirect damage of any kind resulting from the use of this Site, and in particular in the event of
- attacks on the Site (viruses, malicious intrusions...) likely to affect the capacity, security and integrity of the processing or data,
- of the presence of an illicit, inaccurate or incomplete content, 
- of a request for suspension or restriction of access to the Site formulated by an administrative or judicial authority or by the formal demand of a third party,
- damage resulting from the fraudulent intrusion of a third party leading to a modification of the information available on the Site,
- damage caused to the User of the Site, to third parties and/or to his or her equipment due to his or her connection to or use of the Site.

In such cases, LONGCHAMP may interrupt access to the services without being held responsible.

- Security and confidentiality of data

LONGCHAMP complies with the requirements of the amended law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as "Informatique et Libertés" in the processing of the User's personal data, in accordance with its Personal Data Policy accessible at the bottom of the Site page.

In all cases, the information collected is strictly confidential and protected in order to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized persons.  

Commitments of the User
The User undertakes and takes all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and conservation of his or her access code and not to communicate it to anyone.

LONGCHAMP or any other company of the Group using the Site may not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the access code.
 
Any operation carried out on the Site with the User's connection identifiers is deemed to have been carried out on behalf of the User and engages his or her responsibility.

The Site is intended exclusively to facilitate LONGCHAMP's recruitment procedures. It must be accessible to the User for the exclusive purpose of enabling him to consult job offers and submit an application. In this respect, the User shall refrain from any use contrary to the law, in particular the sending of messages or the recording of content of a violent, defamatory or illicit nature, in the personal space and in the free text zones made available on the Site.

Intellectual property

All the elements appearing on the Site and the Site itself are protected by French and international legislation relating to intellectual property and are the subject of a right of ownership or exclusive use for the benefit of LONGCHAMP. Consequently, any representation or reproduction of these, in whole or in part, or imitation, on any medium whatsoever, without the express, prior and written consent of LONGCHAMP, is forbidden.

It is strictly forbidden to collect and use the information available on the Site for commercial purposes. 

This prohibition extends in particular, without this list being restrictive, to any editorial element appearing on the Site, to the presentation of the screens, to the software necessary for operation, to the brands, models, copyrights, domain names, logos, images, photos, videos, graphics, of any nature whatsoever.

Non-compliance with this prohibition constitutes an infringement likely to engage the civil and penal responsibility of its author. LONGCHAMP reserves the right to take legal action against any person who does not respect this prohibition.

The creation of hypertext links to this Site, without the prior written consent of LONGCHAMP, is strictly forbidden. In all cases, any link must be withdrawn on simple request from LONGCHAMP. LONGCHAMP declines all responsibility with regard to the content of any site linked to its own.

Data processing and liberties

LONGCHAMP undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of personal data provided by visitors to this Site, in accordance with its Personal Data Policy accessible via the tab at the bottom of the Site.

The present conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
